Every-Bellies (“Every-Bellies,” “we,” “us” or “our”) operates the restaurant at 106 Market Street, Tomball, TX 77375 and the website everybellies.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from guests, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, online ordering, catering requests, our eClub, and messages you send us by phone, email, social media or Google.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

• eClub sign-up: first name, last name, email address and ZIP code.
• Catering requests: name, email address, phone number, event date, number of guests, menu preferences and any notes you add.
• Contact forms, email and phone calls: your name, contact details and the content of your message.
• Online orders and gift cards: name, phone number, email address, order details, and pickup or delivery address. Orders and gift card purchases are placed through our online ordering partner, Toast.
• Messages: anything you send us through Google Business Profile messaging or social media.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site and similar usage data through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Prepare and fulfill your orders, including pickup and delivery.
• Respond to your questions, catering requests and messages.
• Send eClub emails with specials, promotions and birthday offers, if you joined.
• Improve our menu, service and website.
• Prevent fraud and comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Online Ordering and Payments

Online orders, delivery orders and gift card purchases are processed by Toast, Inc. Your payment card details go directly to Toast and its payment processors; Every-Bellies does not store your full card number. Toast handles that information under its own privacy policy (opens in a new tab). We receive the order details we need to prepare your order and get it to you.

4. Customer Communications

Email. If you join our eClub, we will send you promotional emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Google Business Profile messaging. When you message us through Google Search or Google Maps, some replies may be generated by an AI-powered assistant on our behalf, using information about our restaurant such as our menu, hours and location. Our staff may also read and reply to these conversations. Please do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive information through messaging. Google processes these messages under the Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).

Phone and email. When you call or email us, we use your contact details only to respond to you and help with your order or request.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run our business:

• Service providers that help us operate, including Toast (online ordering, delivery, payments and gift cards), Spillover (our website, forms and email marketing) and Google (business messaging).
• Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our guests, staff or business.
• Business transfers, if Every-Bellies is sold or reorganized.

Our website is powered by Spillover. Information submitted through our website forms and eClub is processed by Spillover on our behalf as described in the Spillover End User Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).

6. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand how visitors use it and measure our marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work properly if you do.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website links to third-party sites such as Toast, Facebook, Instagram and X (Twitter). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
